Six people have been confirmed dead following an attack by suspected al-shabaab militants in Widhu Majembeni, Lamu County.
The suspected militants also torched several houses on Monday morning before escaping.
One of the victims was shot dead, one hacked while the other four were burnt to death inside there houses.
Lamu County Commissioner ,Irungu Macharia confirmed the incident saying operation are ongoing to get the suspects.
