M-pesa services will be unavailable on Saturday,6th November starting from 2359hrs to Sunday 0400hrs.
All M-pesa services including airtime purchases will be unavailable.
In a statement released on their twitter page, Safaricom said they are constantly investing and innovating M-pesa to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
“The timing of this maintenance activity has been planned to result in the least of inconvenience to our customers.” part of the statement reads
“We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused and thank you for your continue support”.
The platform which has more than 22.6 million active customers locally, has continually been transformed to where you can access insurance, pension, booking services among others.
